From Conceptual Design and Rezoning Process to Building Permit and Construction Stage / Delivering Quality Projects on time and budget. Babak’s career and extensive knowledge in residential and commercial projects have been built over two decades based on construction, consultation, and academic research opportunities in transportation, geotechnical, residential, commercial, and industrial projects. His project management, leadership, and mentoring skills were greatly improved while leading groups of engineers, grad students, contractors, and specialists who were involved in feasibility studies, design, and construction of heavy Civil, Tunnel, Road, and Dam projects. He expanded into real estate development over a decade ago and built a reputation for integrity and vision.

As COO, Behzad Foroutan is responsible for the overall success of Lexi’s development and general contracting operation. Behzad has been a part of Lexi since its inception, developing a deep knowledge of the construction industry and all business functions over the course of his career. Behzad oversees all facets of the development and general contracting operation, including project management, estimating and field management. Behzad maintains relationships with Lexi’s clients and works with our project teams to ensure the successful completion of all projects.

Business Development - Investment

Baha’s role is to create and execute the investment vision, develop a pipeline of deals, and to grow and nurture all key relationships, both internal and external. As Managing Partner, Baha focuses on fostering long lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Having over 15 years of experience in all facets of the business, including investments, project management and estimating, makes Baha a valuable resource to our clients. Baha not only leads the pursuit of new clients, but remains a resource to them at all times due to his extensive knowledge in real estate as well as construction industry.

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Aleem was Group Chief of Staff at ACWA Power. He joined from Swiss Company, Oerlikon, where he was President and Chairman/CEO of the Solar Company based from China. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for BP p.l.c and resided in China for over 10 years. He is a forward thinking and proactive professional executive with a broad range of experience in contributing to the performance of a global company. During his early career at BP he worked in Commercial, Retail, Operations and Marketing in the UK. Following a series of mergers and acquisitions, he became Global Early Integration Director and held offices across the world.

DR. JAMAL ROSTAMI

Dr. JAMAL ROSTAMI is affiliated to the Department of MINING ENGINEERING, Colorado School of Mines. Dr. JAMAL ROSTAMI is currently providing services as ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR. Dr. JAMAL ROSTAMI has authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed scientific papers and presented works at many national and International conferences. Dr. JAMAL ROSTAMI contributions have acclaimed recognition from honorable subject experts around the world. Dr. JAMAL ROSTAMI is actively associated with different societies and academies. Dr. JAMAL ROSTAMI academic career is decorated with several reputed awards and funding. Dr. JAMAL ROSTAMI research interests include Mine Planning Through the use of Geostatistics and Fractal Geometry for Geologic Modeling; Waterjet Scaling for Reducing Scaling Injuries in Underground Mining; Development of A Conceptual Design and A Science and Engineering Program for DUSEL; Development of a mixed Integer Scheduling Model for Short-term Production Planning.

Office manager with 10 plus years management experience in various industries, over 12 years of customer service experience, bookkeeping, and payroll knowledge, and Master’s degree in Economics.

REZA OSSAREH

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Over 5 years of client support and coordination experience in residential construction. His duties as a coordinator include but not limited to all type of procurements, site coordination and inspections, scheduling subcontractors and projects designed by external consultants including effective planning, execution, and monitoring.

SIAMAK NIKBAKHTAN

PROJECT MANAGER

B.Sc Civil Engineer. Over than 10 years experience based on construction opportunities in municipal infrastructure projects such as subway, bridges, road, drainage, sewer, and tunnelling projects. His duties as an engineer and site supervisor included but not limited to site management and inspection, managing subcontractors and projects designed by external consultants including effective planning, execution, and monitoring.

Job Responsibilities Include: • Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies • Effectively reduce expenses and improve purchasing & procurement processes. • Negotiate strategies and deals with the vendors in accordance with business policies • Forecast price along with market trends to identify and mitigates risks • Perform cost & scenario analysis, and bench-marking • Seek and partner with reliable vendors/suppliers • Determine quantity, quality and delivery timelines • Responsible for hiring, training and retaining staff Requirements • Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration • Proven 2 years working experience as purchasing manager, agent or officer • Strong knowledge of sourcing and vendor management • Enhanced negotiation and networking skills required • Ability to gather and analyze data and transform them into meaningful information • Analytical skills along with decision making skills • Strong leadership capabilities • Must be able to communicate in English
